Send the request form or message us on WhatsApp. For cargo, share goods, origin, destination and timing. For tenders, send the notice and closing date.
Quote and plan
We confirm scope, documents needed, timeline and costs in writing. Our fee is shown separately from duties and charges. You approve before anything starts.
Documents and compliance
We collect and check paperwork, permits and certificates so problems surface early, not at the port or on the submission deadline.
Execution
Clearance, storage, transport or proposal drafting goes ahead, with updates at each milestone and a named person to call.
Delivery or submission
Goods are delivered with signed records, or your proposal is quality-checked against the evaluation criteria and submitted on time.
Follow-through
Where you win a contract, we track obligations, deliveries and payments until close-out, and file the complete record.
